Continental Business Solutions was founded by Talal Ghuneim, a U.S. Army veteran with extensive experience supporting U.S. Special Forces in the Middle East and Africa. Fluent in seven languages, Talal's distinguished career includes roles as a criminal police translator, anti-terrorism SWAT unit linguist, court translator, language instructor, and cultural advisor for the U.S. 10th Special Forces Command and AFRICOM. His deep understanding of government operations, coupled with his passion for language and cross-cultural communication, laid the foundation for CBS.

With a Master of Marketing degree from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, Talal brings a strategic business acumen to CBS. He is joined by Eric Meyers, the company's Chief Legal Officer, who provides expert guidance on contract law and government contracting. Together, they lead a team of dedicated professionals committed to serving the U.S. government with the highest quality language services.
